No Refund Policy – Done-For-You (DFY) Program

By purchasing any Done-For-You (DFY) service from our platform, you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to the terms outlined in this No Refund Policy.
Ad Responsibility & DFY Timeline Disclaimer
Users are solely responsible for keeping their advertisements accurate and up to date. Ads may be updated at any time through your dashboard. During the Done-For-You (DFY) process, you may preview your ad at any time by clicking “View Stats” on your dashboard page.
By purchasing a DFY plan, you acknowledge that Caspiot agents will begin outreach on the first day of the calendar month following your purchase, using the most current version of your ad available at that time, including any updates made prior to the outreach start date.
1. All Sales Are Final
All DFY program purchases are final and non-refundable.
Due to the nature of our services—including but not limited to labor, outreach, training, and relationship-building—no refunds, chargebacks, or payment reversals will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to dissatisfaction, delays, or perceived lack of results.
By completing your purchase, you fully acknowledge and accept this no-refund policy.
2. Nature of Services
Our DFY program is a service-based offering that involves real human effort and execution.
Upon purchase, our team begins allocating resources which may include:
Assigning trained agents
Preparing outreach strategies
Initiating communication with retail partners
Executing sales and negotiation processes
These actions represent immediate value delivery and cannot be undone, reversed, or recovered, making refunds logistically and operationally impossible.
3. Agent Assignment & Execution
Each client is assigned one (1) dedicated agent per ad or ad set.
An agent may handle one or multiple ads/ad sets within your campaign
Agents actively pitch and negotiate physical ad placements inside retail locations
Our agents are trained for 6 to 12 months in persuasive sales tactics developed with input from professionals, professors, and students
While our agents are motivated to secure placements, timelines may vary, and results are not guaranteed.
4. Timeframe & Expectations
The DFY process involves real-world sales cycles, including outreach, follow-ups, and negotiations.
You acknowledge that:
Results are not immediate
Partnerships may take time to develop
There is no guaranteed placement, timeline, or outcome
By purchasing, you agree to allow reasonable time for execution and understand that patience is required due to the nature of selling physical advertising space.
5. No Guarantee of Results
We do not guarantee:
Specific placements
Number of deals closed
Revenue, traffic, or business outcomes
All services are performed on a best-effort basis, and results may vary depending on market conditions, business type, and other external factors beyond our control.
6. Social Impact Allocation
You acknowledge that 100% of profits from DFY program purchases are allocated toward funding job opportunities for underemployed and unemployed college graduates.
Due to this allocation of funds, payments are immediately distributed and utilized, further reinforcing the non-refundable nature of the service.
7. Bonus DIY Membership Access
As a bonus, clients may receive access to a DIY membership page.
You acknowledge that:
This feature is provided at our sole discretion
It may be modified, restricted, or removed at any time without notice
Access is not guaranteed and is not part of the core DFY purchase value
The DIY lead list:
Is copyrighted and proprietary
Is viewable online only (desktop access required)
May not be copied, shared, distributed, reproduced, or resold under any circumstances
Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of access and potential legal action.
8. Intellectual Property
All materials, systems, processes, lead lists, and strategies provided are protected intellectual property.
Unauthorized use, duplication, or distribution is strictly prohibited and may result in:
Termination of services
Legal action
Financial damages
9. Chargebacks & Disputes
By purchasing our DFY services, you agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes.
In the event of a dispute:
You agree to contact us first to seek resolution
Filing a chargeback in violation of this policy may result in permanent account suspension and legal action
10. Acknowledgment of Agreement
By purchasing a DFY plan, you confirm that:
You have read, understood, and agreed to this No Refund Policy
You understand the nature, scope, and limitations of the DFY service
You accept that all payments are final and non-refundable
11. Modifications
We reserve the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
