Step 1
Preliminary Process
We start with a simple onboarding form (visit My Dashboard on the 'Get Started' page) to better understand your brand, product, or service. This helps us capture your goals, target audience, and unique selling points so we can tailor outreach effectively.
Step 2
Ad Campaign Setup Form
You complete a free submission form in your dashboard that provides detailed ad and product information. This allows us to create your catalog entry and prepare professional outreach materials for retailers. Plus, you can use our DIY membership (limited slots) if you wish to reach out to some of our retailer leads yourself.
Step 3
Retailer Outreach & Response
Our team contacts up to 200 (depending on your paid DFY plan) relevant retailers on your behalf with the goal to make them your affiliates. When a retailer shows interest, we handle the back-and-forth communication to ensure your brand is represented clearly and professionally. This process may take up to 12 months.
Step 4
Ad Launch
Once a retailer is ready to move forward, we set up a private messaging channel for you and retailer (covered by us) to streamline communication between your brand and the retailer. From here, we guide the process of drafting official contracts, negotiating commission or pricing, and setting the promotion timeline.
Ad Campaign Set-up Form
Step 1. Upload up to 4 digital ads for retailers to choose from
Design your ad if you haven't already or upload your current ads you use on social media.
Keep it clean, clear, and easy to read.
Step 2. Add a QR Code or We will add one for you
Add a QR code that links to your product or store. If you don’t have one, we’ll create it for you and place it on your ad (just upload your social media ads for now). You can use a free tool like QR Code Monkey to generate one and add it to your design
Step 3. We Will Convert to Print Format
Save your ad as is and we will convert it to a vertical or horizontal 8.5" x 11" printable PDF or image.
This is the standard format retailers can easily display near check-out counters, point of sale, etc.
Step 4. Submit the Form
Upload your ad and fill in your product details below. We’ll take it from there.
