It’s a full-service 6 to 12 month long outreach solution where Caspiot creates a catalog entry for your brand, then directly contacts retail affiliates and partners on your behalf. We handle the communication until a retailer shows interest, at which point we connect you with them.

Self-Published Authors:
Choose the Done For You (Growth) - $997 plan. Our retailers are grouped in tiers and categories that may have shown interest in working with specific offers. Choosing this plan will help promote your book and get it in front of real retailers who can display your ad and help you sell more copies. Choosing the Done For You - $349 plan is great as well, but you may be face heavy competition with higher paying offers from eCommerce owners.
eCommerce Owners:
Go with the Done For You (Growth) $997 plan. It includes advanced follow-ups and persuasive outreach tools that help turn national retailers into your affiliates.
Choosing the Done For You ($349) plan is a great start, but keep in mind you may face more competition from eCommerce owners using higher-tier plans with stronger outreach.
Etsy Sellers:
Start with the Done For You ($349) plan. It’s simple, fast, and helps you get exposure from retailers who love handmade or niche products. We handle the setup so you can focus on creating.
Affiliate Marketers:
Pick the Done For You (Premium) $1,396 plan. It gives your brand a full-year catalog entry, national exposure, and expert-level follow-ups. This is perfect for scaling your affiliate campaigns at the right pace.
If your commission is $50, then this is ideal for you. You should just need one mid-performing retailer affiliate to break even.
Each Done-For-You campaign lasts four months. During that time, our specialists personally contact 200 targeted retailers at minimum on your behalf during your plan duration. Outreach is done through a mix of calls, emails, and direct responses, ensuring your brand is introduced in a professional and personalized way. This equates to $0.58 per task, which is the lowest offer in the industry.
All DFY Plans should take up to 12 months to complete outreach or sooner. DFY $499 plan usually has a 6 month span of outreach services.
Unfortunately, no. You are responsible for creating your ad and completing the setup form. You can update your ad at any time during your plan, and you may view your listing through your stats page to see how it appears. Regardless of any updates you make, we will continue promoting your AdSet to retailers throughout your plan duration.
No worries! If you’ve already paid for an AdSet and decide to make changes, our team will automatically recognize the update and adjust your listing accordingly. We’ll proceed with promoting and selling whichever version you choose.
That said, we generally recommend avoiding changes after payment unless it’s absolutely necessary, as consistency helps maximize performance and results.
If you’re planning to promote a different brand or significantly shift your direction, update your ad with the correct information and updated landing page.
Of course! We have a stats page only available for paying DFY members. Our stats provide analytics including number of retailers emailed, called, visited, etc.
Our role is to handle outreach and introductions on your behalf. Once a retailer responds with interest, we connect you directly so you have full visibility and control from that point forward.
Not necessarily. If you already have one, we’ll use it. If you don’t, we’ll help you set up a retailer-friendly offer (such as a commission or wholesale discount). We have our own built-in affiliate system and we will create a system for you after a retailer shows interest and you are ready to launch your campaign. We do not create one if a retailer has not shown any interest in your offer. Typically, our DFY services are non-refundable and this cost is covered in your one time payment of $499+.
No. Once a retailer is ready to move forward, we set up a private messaging channel hosted on Caspiot (covered by us) to streamline communication between your brand and the retailer. From here, we guide the process of drafting official contracts, negotiating commission or pricing, and setting the promotion timeline.
With our approach, you are not required to select specific locations when submitting your ad.
Caspiot conducts outreach to retailers across multiple regions and builds a pool of businesses that express interest in displaying ads.
As this network grows, you’ll be able to filter and choose locations based on retailer availability and interest. Some retailers may request a flat fee, but we primarily prioritize those open to commission-based partnerships.
This model works especially well for online businesses. If you operate nationally, such as through a Shopify store, digital products, or services. Your ads can perform effectively regardless of location, since fulfillment is not limited by geography.
We can’t guarantee that every retailer will say yes — but we do guarantee consistent, professional outreach to qualified partners. No. We don’t lock brands into long-term commitments. You can scale up, pause, or cancel your Done-For-You program at any time. You can create your own contract once you and your affiliate retailer decide to work long-term or without Caspiot. Contracts will be created once we find you a retailer or if a retailer is interested in working with you.
Every outreach message is crafted and sent by our team. We believe in personalized communication to increase response rates and build genuine connections. Our members are very professional and located in the United States. We only select the best articulate and persuasive sales people. Our goal is to get you partnered with an affiliate retailer.
